Fiona Hyslop Sets Off Fireworks Night
On Monday night, Linlithgow Rugby Club once again hosted the town's fireworks display. This year's event was formally opened by Fiona Hyslop, MSP and Cabinet Secretary. A crowd of over 2,500 people were on hand at Mains Park to witness a 20 minute spectacular, which featured music from Steedsy.com.
The first rockets flew to the strains of '2001 - a Space Odyssey' and events were brought to a Grand Finale to the tune of 'Highland Cathedral'.
A huge thanks to all the club members and supporters who put in a power of work to bring the spectacular to Linlithgow and a special thanks to Steedsy.com ('the one stop telephone company' @ 0870-751-1515) for providing the sound system for the event.
